We want you and your little one to love our shoes! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange. Please review our policy below:

Returns & Exchanges

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Exchanges are processed once we receive the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items or clearance items.

• Worn, damaged, or altered shoes.

• Gift cards or personalized items.

How to Request a Return

2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Ship the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving the return.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
